In this painting, I played with bold color contrasts to create a striking sense of depth. Deep teals and blues set the perfect backdrop, allowing the soft baby pinks to make the flowers bloom vibrantly off the canvas.

This scene is inspired by a moment of time in my mother’s hoop house. As a flower farmer, she grows flowers that serve as endless inspiration.
